Prime Hub STORE ships orders to customers in the United States and to other available destinations shown at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary by product, carrier, and destination. For most orders, delivery may take approximately 5–15 business days after processing. Some items may arrive sooner or later depending on fulfillment location, carrier delays, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details after your order ships. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after a label is created.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on inventory and fulfillment location. You may receive more than one tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost, contact us with your order number. We will help review the tracking information and work with the carrier or fulfillment partner where possible.

For orders shipped outside the United States, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by Prime Hub STORE.
