30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at PrimeHubSTORE@wang01.top with your order number and the reason for your request. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Beauty & Personal Care Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty, skincare, and personal care products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and help resolve it with a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for used beauty or skincare products, opened personal care items, gift cards, final sale items, or items damaged by misuse, normal wear, or improper care.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or an item that arrived damaged. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless required by law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at PrimeHubSTORE@wang01.top. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
